So here's what i'm thinking" Persona is rad. I love me some persona. I'd like to run a Persona Tabletop Game. Oh hey, PTU is rad, let's do this.
So here's what I'm thinking for homebrew pokesona
Pokemon are persona.
Each "trainer" gets one pokemon that acts independently on their own turn, is concsidered to be the same gender (note, gender , not sex) as the "trainer". Pokemon taken on as persona that do not normally have genders will be assigned the gender of their "trainer"
Ideally gameplay would be broken up into two sections, living your life day time, and other world time. While in daily life a person is not in the proper conditions to summon their persona
Changes
Bans
Combat
People and their persona act individually but are intrinsically linked. If a person is knocked out, their persona disappears. If a persona is knocked out, then the person suffers one injury, and feels drained, and gets stressed easily until an extended rest. If a persona reaches -200% hp or reaches 10 injuries (so basically if you're really unlucky, or pop revives a lot) it is considered dead, and its "trainer" goes into a fugue state, effectively becoming unplayable.

Ace Trainer would work off of focus instead of command
Experience Training would go off of intuition or focus (basically meditation and improving your persona through a positive state of mind, refluffing groomer experience as an ego boost because you look nice today), experience training now only allows you to train yourself, but taking groomer or train the reserves would allow you to apply experience training to your friends.
Trainer of Champions now goes off of Focus
Features with the [Orders] tag may be applied as a swift action when applied to your persona
Leadership comes as a bonus feature when someone takes
The prerequisite for Battle Conductor is now "Commander's Voice"
In the "other world" where shadows and persona exist, any individual can afflict another with infatuation
In the event of combat in the normal world, infatutation is determined my a character's orientation, not their gender
